Hello dudepersons, I figured I might as well tell y’all that there won’t be any more Ironborn until January 12th. I was going to have a couple pages up over the next few weeks, but I couldn’t access the (sigh) campus scanner on Thursday, and now I’m at my parents’ house.
So hang in there, gorge yourselves on seasonally thematic dead organic matter for sustenance, and the zany aventures of our robot magician friend will return shortly!
Resolution for 2009: get my own scanner. Not only does the campus scanner spontaneously blur and leave big dark swathes across the page that I have to clone-stamp and dodge away, but also, well, it’s a campus scanner. Fifteen-minute bike rides for committing any piece of artwork to the internet cramps the creative energies somewhat. Also I feel like a bit of a cheat. (What’s it supposed to be used for, anyway? Documents?)
And there’s a fair bit of empty space in my new room, as opposed to my old room, in which empty space turned up once in a while, like some kind of very metaphysical unicorn.
I wonder why I keep comments off on the newsposts, anyway. I’m turning them back on. And after a year and a half I still haven’t been bothered to find out what Pings are.
There was some kind of unexplained hiccup with my internet connection yesterday. You know the kind.
The kind that’s unexplained.
Did anyone miss there was a page up last week? I mean, after the chapter title page? I know one guy did, but I made fun of him so it’s okay now.
There’s a couple of new pieces of artwork up, including one that I was going to use as a new splash page, only I still can’t access that (hilarious, I know) so I made it a wallpaper image instead. It’s better than the two previous wallpaper images in that it doesn’t mostly consist of gradient fill. Found under Extra, along with everything else.
